What's my station?

Sawasdee ka my dearest followers,

It has been around a year already, I really cannot believe it. When you enjoy something, time flies so fast.
I moved to Thailand around the same time last year and that made me forget about many things and ever since, loads of things happened, one blog entry wouldn’t be enough to describe how much. Although I thought that I couldn’t be happy here, I am, happier than ever. This thing about culture clash and everything is true but I think that everyone can also belong to two cultures. And I miss Germany, miss it a lot, but I am also glad that I came to Thailand and met the people I met and saw the things I saw.

There is no legit reason why I stopped blogging; I simply didn’t feel like it. In the past months, close friends have been telling me to continue but I didn’t feel like it. Also, I have a lot to do for school, the IB Diploma is something to be taken seriously. I had many other things in my mind but today, after all these months, I simply felt like writing something. Nonetheless, I must say that I am doing this for me, only me. This is only about sharing thoughts and pictures, I don’t worry much about followers and compliments because there are so many people who are better than me and I am just one of millions who loves to take pictures.

But I noticed that my blog has been, until now, the thing that has consumed me the most and that I have dedicated myself most to. That’s why I feel that it is something I must continue. I am happy about being able to look back and see what I have done and how I felt.

Here are some pictures of Hua Hin, which is a little town at the sea my family and I like to go to. Everything is really local there, so well, just some impressions of a local part of Thailand.

t-hailand

Sawasdee-ka from T-hailand :))

While I and my family had an appointment (in which I wasn’t really involved in – I will tell you about this important appointment in another post), I walked out the building and just took photos of what I got to see. That’s what I call realistic life experiences.

Lasagna in Vienna

Sawasdee-ka from Bangkok,

on the way to where I am now – Bangkok, Thailand, or its full name Krung Thep Mahanakhon Amon Rattanakosin Mahinthara Ayuthaya Mahadilok Phop Noppharat Ratchathani Burirom Udomratchaniwet Mahasathan Amon Piman Awatan Sathit Sakkathattiya Witsanukam Prasit (yes, copy-pasted out of Wikipedia! Listen to it!) – I had the chance to visit another wonderful city. Vienna. Here are the pictures! Right now, I am spending a lot of time with my family. Great as always! We are planning to get out to the beach next weekend.

Furthermore, I am really looking forward to a trip to Vietnam in October and another trip to Singapore! :)

I hope you can enjoy your holidays (or your life in general) too!
